At Daydream Events by Shawna Pacheco, our mission is to create unforgettable wedding experiences that reflect the unique love stories of each couple. We believe that every detail matters and strive to make your special day seamless and stress-free.
Exceptional wedding planning does not have to cost a fortune.

Elopement and Micro Wedding packages - We create a customized package with just what you are looking for. The prefect romantic wedding you have always dreamed of.
Day of Wedding Coordination - 60 days prior to wedding date, we help with final detail organization and full day of coordinator service. We help with décor set up, timeline management, and décor clean up. $$ See rates above
Partial Wedding Planning - We are here to help all year long. We meet with you each month and make sure you are on the right track. We offer experienced advice to ensure your planning stays on budget and maintain your wedding day vision. Includes day of wedding coordinator - $3800.00
Full Wedding Planning - All the vendors you need in one package. We are here with the best of the best venues for your special day. Site tours, budget analysis, floor plan layout, wedding design and more. Transportations, hotel accommodations suggestions. We help you every step of the way in the planning process. Includes day of wedding coordinator. $6200.00 +
Cooperate Event Planning - Secure the venue, negotiate vendor contracts, hotel accommodation & travel bookings. Entertainment and excursion booking. Food, beverage and staffing coordination with table layouts.
Day of management $6500.00+

Officiant Services - I am a California and Nevada Ordained Minister. Look no further, I can help plan you wedding planning, and marry you as well. $500.00
Staffing - Bartender/Servers -Mobile bar insured - Private Estate Wedding, backyard, or park wedding. We can fully staff your wedding or event for a seamless wedding or event day.
Beverage station and Coffee Stations - ask for order sheet
Photobooth - Yes, the fun starts here. Polaroid photobooth and digital pictures. Pick your backdrop and let the fun begin. Over 75 fun and unique props. Includes your friendly attendant to assist you with pictures' and props. $1,200.00 +
Event Planning - Birthdays, Anniversaries, Baby Showers, Bridal Parties. We can help with all of your event planning needs. Whatever the occasion. We are here for you. $150. HR

Shawna's calm and organized approach kept us at ease during the entire day. She made sure that every detail was accounted for, from coordinating vendors to helping with last-minute adjustments, all while staying on top of the timeline. She was professional and also fun. Leading up to our wedding she was easy to get ahold of and answered all our questions. Shawna was very organized and helpful throughout the planning process and was always quick to respond. We planned our wedding from out of state so she was very helpful in picking up various items and dropping them off on her way in and out of South Lake Tahoe during our wedding week. We were extremely impressed with all of her vendor recommendations and her bartenders and staff were equally impressive. Our wedding was completely stress free and she kept everything on time and organized. We would highly recommend Shawna if you are getting married in the Reno-Tahoe area! We really got to know her well and will certain miss chatting and catching up every month.

They started setting up 5 hours before the ceremony and made sure all the little details were taken care of. We hired her for her photobooth services as well and Jessica did an incredible job of taking photos on polaroid's and also on cell phones so there was a digital version as well!
Shawna was incredibly organized from the beginning and the timeline was seamless because of her. We had a complicated wedding day but there was nothing we could throw at her that she could not handle.
I would 100% hire her again and I recommend her to anyone who needs a wedding coordinator. You will not regret it!
